After submitting your order and making the initial pre-payment of minimum $10 US to each account (each phone number assigned to Smart Startup Solutions), we will activate your account(s) within 24 hours. How many phone numbers can I link my Smart Startup Solutions account to? You can sign up to four (4) numbers. How can I change my callback number when I travel? You are able to do that ONLINE using the web access to your account, please use the following format: 011 + country code + area/town code + your number (no spaces between them). Use our Automated Menu System and follow the voice instructions. Contact your local agent. Do I have to change my existing long distance provider in order to use the Smart Startup Solutions service? No, our services do not require changing long distance provider. Do I need any special equipment to use my Smart Startup Solutions Account? No, no special equipment is needed. You do not need to have a computer or internet to call, but it is required a touch-tone phone handset. Can I trigger my call via Internet or Text Message? Yes, please look at our instructions for Web Trigger and SMS Triggering (Text Message). How can I use Smart Startup Solutions's Global Calling Cards? Our Global Calling Cards do not need fixed Call Back Number, it is PIN based and you can use it from any (tone-dial) phone.
